In Valkeakoski, the Institute offers instruction in music, dance, and theatre. In Akaa the educational provision focuses on music education and in Pälkäne we focus on dance education. In addition, the institute’s open programme enables participation in music studies regardless of the student’s municipality of residence, thereby promoting accessibility and equal opportunities.
All instruction is goal-oriented and systematically structured to progress from one level to the next. The Institute of Performing Arts provides students with a strong foundation for a lifelong engagement with music, dance and theatre.
