The Cultural Services Office offers information, advice and help in finding contact information for anyone wanting to take part in local cultural activities. The Office organizes various cultural events every year both independently and in cooperation with other organizations. It is also responsible for arranging official celebrations and receptions in the town. In addition, the office awards cultural grants.
The Cultural Services Office maintains the archives on local history and culture which are popular among researchers and students. The documents are used for historical surveys and research.
